Lab-Grown Diamond & Bespoke Orders Our Lab-Grown Diamond pieces are crafted with exceptional attention to detail. As these items are strictly made-to-order based on your unique specifications, they require a specialized production timeline. Consequently, shipping dates for these custom pieces are variable and cannot be guaranteed in advance. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we craft a piece that is exclusively yours.

Note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address.

JemJewl is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, a re-shipping fee will be required to send the package again.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be levied by the destination country. These additional charges are not included in your purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to package your jewelry securely, JemJewl is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit once they are in the possession of the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
